Simon Sez IT was started in California in 2008 by founder Simon Calder who managed the IT operations of a large organization. Recognizing the need for high quality online training at his own job, Simon created video tutorials for employees in order to help them learn new skills or enhance their knowledge of computer software and applications. This provided employees with the opportunity to learn in a non-stressful, self-paced environment as they could pause, rewind, and repeat as often as they needed.
