There is an easy way to delay a message from getting sent from Outlook 2007.

1.    Within the message you have composed, click on the “Options” ribbon
2.    Select the “Delay Delivery” button located on the “More Options” section
3.    The “Message Options” dialog box opens.
4.    Under “Delivery Options”, select “Do Not Deliver Before”
5.     Enter the desired delivery date and time
6.    Click the Close button
7.    Send your e-mail message
