In this video tutorial, we are going to look at the speech recognition application in Windows Vista. The speech recognition program allows you to control your computer using speech. You will need to have a microphone attached to your computer – which you can purchase for as little as $10 or $15 dollars including headphones. After a brief setup, you can issue a “Start Listening” command to start the Windows Vista speech recognition program. To pause or turn off, simply say “Stop Listening”.
