There is an easy way to delay a message from getting sent from Outlook 2007.
1. Within the message you have composed, click on the “Options” ribbon
2. Select the “Delay Delivery” button located on the “More Options” section
3. The “Message Options” dialog box opens.
4. Under “Delivery Options”, select “Do Not Deliver Before”

Go to ip2location.com which offers a free IP location application. Simply type in the IP address of interest and Viola – a location and with sufficient information, a business or entity name.

Here’s a nifty Gmail trick: There is a little known option you can enable within Gmail which will detect that you forgot to attach a document. It will help prevent you from accidentally sending messages without the relevant attachments.
