This course covers a variety of Gmail tips and tricks for all learners, beginner or pro. This course will begin with modules dedicated to Gmail settings that make a big difference in your day-to-day use.

We’ll cover undo send, hover actions, nudges, and smart features. We’ll look at the magic of archiving and no more deleting emails. We will cover the use of stars and indicators, along with inbox types and signatures. Yes, plural – signatures. Then we will spend several modules focused on getting organized to increase your productivity. This includes things like the power of labels and filters when combined together and the use of templates, aka canned responses.

We’ll touch on the built-in search feature, the side panel, and why you should use Chat and Spaces to reduce the number of emails in your inbox. All of this, combined together, will reduce your email stress and increase your productivity.

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:
